At EVILLAGEIT EDUTECH (evillageitedutech.in), we work hard to provide high-quality AI & Digital Technology education for Telugu students.
Please read our refund policy carefully before enrolling.
1. Refund Eligibility
You are eligible for a refund only under these conditions:
✔ Valid within 7 days of enrollment
AND
✔ You have NOT:
- Attended more than 2 live classes, or
- Accessed more than 10% of LMS/video lessons
✔ You submit a valid reason with proof (if required)
❌ No Refund Will Be Provided If:
- You request refund after 7 days
- You attend more than 2 live sessions
- You consume more than 10% of course content
- You enroll during special offers, discounts, or early-bird price
- You face personal issues like:
- Time shortage
- Job change
- Health issues
- Lost interest
- Internet/device problems
- You made payment through personal UPI/Bank Transfer
(manual payments cannot be reversed easily) - You joined using any offer price / festival price
2. Non-Refundable Payments
Since payments are handled via personal UPI / direct bank transfer, EVILLAGEIT EDUTECH cannot guarantee payment reversal by the bank.
3. Batch Change Policy
You may request a batch change once, only within the first 10 days.
4. Refund Processing Time
If approved, refund will be issued within 7–15 working days to the original payment method.
