By using our website (evillageitedutech.in) or enrolling in any course, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
1. User Information
You must provide accurate details during enrollment including:
- Full Name
- Phone Number
- City/State
Incorrect or fake information may lead to account suspension.
2. Payments
- Payments are accepted via Personal UPI & Bank Transfer
- Payment must be completed before course access is provided
- Partial payments / EMI are not accepted unless specified
3. Course Access
- LMS access will be provided once the platform is fully launched
- Until then, classes are delivered through live sessions
- LMS access duration will be mentioned in course details
4. Restrictions
You agree NOT to:
- Share course material
- Share meeting links
- Record live classes
- Resell or distribute notes
- Upload our videos anywhere
- Teach the same content as your own
Legal action will be taken for copyright violations.
5. Job Support
We provide:
- Resume building
- Interview guidance
- Freelancing guidance
- Portfolio creation support
But we do NOT guarantee jobs or income.
6. Batch Timings & Class Schedule
Batch timings may change due to:
- Trainer availability
- Public holidays
- Internet/server issues
- Low student count
You will be notified in advance.
7. Termination of Access
EVILLAGEIT EDUTECH reserves the right to remove access if:
- You share content illegally
- You behave disrespectfully
- You violate our policies
8. Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for:
- Internet issues
- Device issues
- Payment delays by bank or UPI
- Technical platform downtime
9. Updates to Terms
We may update these Terms anytime.
